This would be a great option for those of us that don't like the bandsaw! If I get the opportunity, I will reference your video to build something suitable for myself. I have all the parts from the square pipe to the bearings to an old washing machine motor. *I also have a metal cutting blade in my 16-year-old junky table saw and a few other metal blades for various tools, but a power hacksaw is the most appealing.* Dad's bandsaw is on the other side of town, and is beyond an inconvenience in the middle of most home jobs. *That table saw, and many tools, is a terrifier for me as a virtuoso musician, but I still use them frequently.* 🥸

I love at 4:45 the : 98.99% perfect before ; now 99.99% perfect. It has always been, and it is still being, more than 100% of pleasure to see you work. It is really appreciable to see how you succeed to upgrade an actual Masterpiece in a better one. In the end, it looks like it has always supposed to be like it is now. It is not a simple patch or add-on, it is an evolution of the machine. Domo Arigato Sensei.

Nice little setup. And equally nice to see the pump setup as well. Those peristaltic type pumps last a very long time without problems being nearly no moving parts to break down... They are also great for pumping corrosive, toxic, acidic and otherwise harmful liquids without contaminating other pump parts. Thumbs Up

Great work, as always. You could run the cable from the auto-cut off switch to the lubricant pump. Then it would switch that on and off automatically, too. Maybe still retain the manual switch in case you prefer to disable the lubricating system for specific jobs.

You need to add a reflective sheet to the container, under the saw handle, since the saw blade carries away and splashes liquid past the container! Good job!

Не понятно зачем при такой конструкции использовать готовую ножовку, если можно взять только полотно для ножовки. В любом случае в очередной раз спасибо за видео. Великолепная работа!!!
@iron95647 ай бұрын
Та дело в том что такое полотно пилит капец как долго, при такой конструкции, можно использовать уже более агрессивные полотна. А если к примеру нужно кругляк какой-то распустить? Оно будет его несколько дней пилить😊

Where can one buy some of the metal pieces used on so many of your pieces? The shiny, maybe aluminum tracks with the slits running the length of the track? Is there a name for that type of hardware?
