sir your videos is really helpful overall specially in understanding concepts , however i didnt like very musch the unnecessary animations and graphics in not so important parts because it is sometimes distracting...

Sir, how the head difference is same for parrallel layers and different for flow occurs normal?

It's same for flow horizontally as a same hydraulic gradient is making water flow from all layers while in vertical flow different hydraulic gradient are there in different layers thus head different in each layer varies

If you still didn't understand suppose we are driving many parallel resistance through a pd. No pd is same for all layers while if we drive them in series, pd is divided according to resistor values
