Well explained Ma'am bt.as a professional I feel a system of job costing should be adopted after the 2 factor.Each order or job should b continuously identifiable from the raw material stage of to the stage of completion.The system is vry expensive because it requires lot of clerical work in estimating cost, designing nd scheduling of production.It shud b adopted when absolutely Warrented.This is with reference to labour strategy.Further job cost cardor sheetis most important document used in the costing system.All r correlated nd strong strategy bond change is essential to get effective results in HRD in my opinion.The following method can b used to find out the cost of these elements in respect to particular order like material, Labour nd overheads.Work in progress also vital for the account is maintained in cost ledger nd it represents the job under production.Progress advice nd batch costing is also very important aspect which cannot be ignored at any cost in my view in nutshell
