We also recorded pieces for many great composers such as Johann Sebastian Bach, Astor Piazzolla and Isaac Albeniz (Asturias). I love this woman's combination of technical perfection and loving, emotional but controlled touch on the instrument! Luscious. I've seen several of her performances now and she is extremely consistent. Kudos!!

Lovely performance. Phrasing and interpretation are magnificent. The guitar's resonance is so warm and clean. I am also struck by how quiet her fingers on the strings. And the bass line at the ending is almost lute like. Just perfect from start to finish. So glad to have heard this. I think I will replay it a great deal.

Beautiful performance Eleonora! You have made this sonata sound as if was written for the guitar instead of harpsichord, as you played it with such natural, sensitive grace.

Domenico Scarlatti (1685-1757) compositeur baroque et claveciniste virtuose napolitain. Le clavecin peut permettre à la guitare de se révéler, tout comme le violon, si l’on considère les œuvres de Niccolò Paganini (1782-1840) violoniste, altiste, guitariste et compositeur génois. Conosco tutte le 550 sonate eseguite al cembalo da Scott Ross e da Peter Jan Belder. Per questo motivo sono stato ispirato a comporre 34 sonatine per tastiera sperando di arrivare a comporne almeno 50 sonatine. Ho pensato che alcune delle mie sonatine potrebbero essere eseguite anche con la chitarra.

Past few performances on this channel you can hear them breathing and trips me up every time listening to the piece because you tend to breathe in the same times they are and think you keep hearing yourself breathe but has to be a new mic they are using or something..
