Been using these for a while now and love them! Very stable and have yet to mar a limb.

Looks like a design rip of the AAE stand.

Sorry but the Elevation was out before the AAE..

It was? AAE's website says "Patent Pending"... There's gonna be a duel in the desert. I don't particularly like this design in any case (prefer the reverse clamp kind). The AAE version cracked right at the weak point.

@@brianlew9559 Only because they added a feature to the Elevation version which allows you to change the angle of top clamp portion.
