I think some people who think their life is bad, try taking all of the personal belongings out of your room including bed, sleep on the floor for two days with lights on 24/7 and not be able to leave or go where you please, may put our lives into greater perspective. Maybe some of us parents need to do this to our kids. I think everyone should experience this at least once in their lives. Let us never take our freedom or lives for granted 🙏💜

My boyfriend I was 3 years that I lived with stopped answering mu calls last week while I was visiting my mom! I have been trying to hold it together because everyday the pain feels worse but I believe Jesus goes before me and he knows of Better days for me. I have never went to church and I fight depression and anxiety everyday especially missing my ex but I believe gods plan for me.

Amen and I have been battling anxiety depression panic attacks etc I'm praying reading the word but still going through the storm sometimes I feel as if I'm praying wrong or god doesn't hear me because I'm still suffering I'm trying to build my faith as well it's a struggle and all I want is my mind back and peace 🙏

@@shanda7721 sorry dear depression is caused by spirit of worrying. I was once there but these verses helped proverbs 3:6-6 and philippians 4:6-7 and learn to meditate in them it once you feel that spirit of depression always say it to yourself until the word works in your life. Anxiety is caused by fear, always say to yourself you're not slave of fear, sin, pain of past, worry, failure, sickness and disease but you're child of God wonderful made in God's image whose will is for me to always be joyful and peaceful nomatter how challenging my life maybe because He promised me even when am in fire, depth of waters, troubles He will be with me and now is with me because He told me behold have overcome anything that's against my joy and peace in this world. And always say this in your mind, soul and even loud if you can every time and everyday. O'Holy Spirit renewed my mind, spirit and body to feel the joy that Jesus Christ promised to me. O'Holy Spirit take more of me and give me more of Jesus Christ, take more of my pain, worry, fear, anger, hate, depression, anxiety and give more of love, Joy, peace, humble, gentleness, self control as You make me channel of light where there's darkness, channel of love where's hate, channel of forgiveness where am wronged, channel of kindness where there's need in people's lives. Always say those words to yourself and also read psalms 119 it will help you see how meditating on the word of God is so powerful than even praying because mediation brings revelation and revelation brings healing, deliverance and restoration because meditating is like speaking will of God into Your life directly and it works to manifest the power of the word and once your spirit learn to meditate whatever situation that occurs in your life it will find sword in your heart so that your joy can't fall nomatter how hard, difficult the situation might seems to be, you always say Lord told us He won't test us beyond our strength my joy don't fall nomatter the situation I am in I know it's for me to build my faith in Lord and if it's coming from enemy side I rebuke it in Jesus Christ and then start to command with authority and power Jesus Christ gave to change the situation. That's how my life has been full of joy and peace even when I get disappointed, betrayed etc... I my get sad, anger but I don't allow it to last for mins, i say to myself Lord You said to me it's ok to get angry but not sin am so angry, sad, disappointed etc.. about this situation or person but I take power to forgive because I too need your forgiveness and thanks You have tested me but let my joy not fall because You said to me the peace You give the world doesn't give it, it's the world and it's people that have disappointed and got me angry yet am not of the world there and than I feel Victorious over the situation and my joy just be filled even more. Just learn to use the word of God by also renewing your mind into Christ you will be set free am no longer slave of anxiety and depression yet I once was just thinking of suicide thinking am unworthy and always angry with people and circumstances but all of that are now history to Glorify Lord.
