Hi everyone! Today we're trying the NEW ‪@elfcosmetics‬ Halo Glow Liquid Filter to see if it's actually a dupe for Charlotte Tilbury Hollywood Flawless Filter. If you're not new to my channel, you know how much I LOVE the Hollywood Flawless Filter. I've truly never found anything that ever compared to my Hollywood Flawless Filter...so I was so excited to see this new release from e.l.f. !!

So excited elf halo glow is finally back in stock on the target app 👏 I just ordered the only shades in store 1&4 can’t wait to go pick them up!!!!! I’m like you w my Charlotte Tilbury love it and no matter how many “dupes” ppl have claimed there’s just something that keeps me going back to it! Hard to explain 😂

Elf swatch colors are definitely richer bc elf gives more covereage therefore has a lot more pigment..CT is meant to be more of a primer/highlight elf is more of a foundation

My sister bought that shade too. It is very peachy, and my sister has a fair medium complexion south asian complexion with golden tones so this came up too peachy on her but 4 looked a little bronzy and warm on her. I guess it's something to keep in mind that elf halo shades mostly run quite warm and dark so not very inclusive if you have pale/light skin tones and even those with medium complexions may struggle.

Does this work on top of a set face ? I haven’t seen any one use it as a liquid highlighter.

The CC cream gives coverage, the Halo Filter is very sheer and just gives your skin some glow & a little color 😊

I watched maybe 4 videos on it, and no one even gives an intro what is it, is it a primer, is it a foundation and just start "well you guys probably saw this everywhere", the reason i watch the video is to learn what is it and how to use but can't find it:))) and how to use it? not even a website says that.

You can use it by itself because it does give a natural tint .. you can use it as a primer or you can use the primer you’ve been using and then mix the elf halo product with your foundation.. it gives a beautiful finish in all ways, in my opinion
