We have an 85-year old friend who has a very contollable form of leukemia. She shops, gardens, etc....looks about 65. They needed to switch her meds to some new pills and they were - I swear - $80,000 a month. She fought for 4 months get finally get them covered by her insurance. This sounds unbelievable but that was actually the cost. It mights cost 5 bucks to make a bottle of the things...probably something like that.

Drugs may cost little to make, however billions of dollars are spent just on its research, that's why these companies are given exclusive license for a decade or more to recoup these billions

How much should it be? Sit down with the cost of research, payment for the researchers, payment for the facilities that kept the lab going, payment for the equipment, plus the cost of production and show me exactly how much you'd charge.

As a patient you want to ask yourself: Do I want to be poor, or do you want to have Alzheimer’s?

They need to log in those profits for their investors, before the patent runs out. How about a psychologically price at $38.998
