Sir..... didn't get the following two concepts 1. Why very low SV doesn't improve with IABP. 2. During tachycardia, SV reduces but that reduced SV is gone to the periphery even before the balloon dilates....then how come the balloon, staying in the aorta, as per your lecture, displaces the blood that has already gone into the periphery. 3. Maximal diastolic pressure....what all factors does it depend on ? Thank you @eliashanna8248
