Yes you can admit him.... just check and apply for scholarship programme in computer science, if he gets one then the entire education for computer science degree will be completely free.

Quick question though: in addition to studying in Russian universities, how do foreign students supplement their income needed for additional expenses? For example, money needed for local transit, purchasing basic necessities, and even purchasing groceries as well.

You can find a work to supplement that. And as a student you’ve many benefits like discounts with social card to subscribe for cheap transport. 435 rubles a month for Subway and 280 rubles a month for all land transport.

It's hopeless for me, I'm sure. Do you guys have non-competitive (still some competition but mild, not sure how to say this) schools or community colleges that you can study in English? Sorry for the language part. When I watched your other video, it seemed as though some people could study in English. I'll have a hard time learning Russian but will understand more than I can speak after a year or so.

Eli, may i ask, what is the subject of the examination to get the scholarship? is it depends on our major? because in my country, last year there is no examination test, only interview test, then, because of the participants are increased, they're announced that they will using examination test for next year, and first time in my country, so i dont know more about this examination., i hope i can prepare it well, kinda nervous.
