In simple words pcm with bio or biotech as additional in 12th then he can appear otherwise only pcb are eligible forever and open school students are not eligible in any of these case

It means math student can also appear in neet and this is not good at all for neet student bcz physics and chemistry of jee aspirants will be good they will just take a one year drop to read bio only ( which is comparatively easy) so it will just increase competition for bio students . . . This is not good at all

What a joke !!! No school will agree to give students biology as additional subject. And what kind of rule is this. PCB students are not asked for maths in class 12 to give JEE. But PCM students are being asked to have Biology as additional subject ???

Nope. As mentioned you must have bio as an additional subject in 12th. If it is not even registered in your subjects then of course no.
