The Outsiders was just every middle school's choice of book studies, I swear. And a big influence to me as a kid.

I love that book, the outsider. It is a movie too that features Patrick Swayze and Ralph Macchio. I read that book in middle school. It’s about gang fights between Socs vs Greasers. Three Curtis brothers without both parents due to accidents that led to their parents death. Darrel has to raise both brothers. Pomu wrote fanfictions to that book. Nice. I remember Darrel being the big brother, in between is Sodapop, then Ponyboy being young. Three children being born every three years. I remember Cherry being flirty with Ponyboy even though she’s part of the socs. Great memory of that book and film by S.E Hinton. Johnny Cade was a friend to Ponyboy and was part of the greasers and the burn he sustained along with a broken back in a burning church while saving those trapped by flames in church led to his death and told Ponyboy to stay gold before his passing which is also what I remember. Dally is a pretty tough member of the Greaser who friendzones Ponyboy and Johnny. Ponyboy(age 14), Sodapop(age 17), and Darryl or Darry(Age 20). Three years apart per brothers. I remember the Curtis family rules, whoever wakes up first makes breakfast for them which usually would be Darryl. I pretty much gone through the same thing Elira did. Read that book 4 times in different school. I started reading them since 8th grade and then till 10th grade.
