I think this will be my personal favorite of this piece! I just love her voice here. The lyrics makes me want to cry also. Noble, yet passionate and romantic.

I sang this song as a boy Soprano ,and in German.I was 12 years old, and have always wondered about the lyrics.I can't believe I did know the first verse, and remembered correctly.Thank-you for such a nice performance !

I sang it transcribed for a Boy Soprano, when I was 12. And that was 50 years ago too!

I studied this song, but in a key more suitable for a mid-range male vocalist, and "fell in love" I absolutely adore it. And this rendition is beautiful: what a beautiful vocalist. Ich liebe es.

Even many of the world class sopranos are afraid to try to sing this wonderful and challenging aria. That puts Schwarzkopf at the top - one of the greatest sopranos ever.

Lovely, as almost everything sung by Schwarzkopf is. This is the singer near the end of her career - I'd love have heard her do this lied when she was younger.Parsons is superb...one of the greatest of accompanists. Thankyou to the uploader.

wow! I never liked her tone or inflection or even her overall sound, til I heard her sing this! Such warmth and smooth legato I never heard from her before! Absolutely charming!

가사처럼 사랑하려면, 즉 도파민과 옥시토신이 지속적으로 높은 수준으로 유지되면 집착, 불안, 편집증 등 여러 문제가 생길 수 있기 때문에 도파민과 옥시토신 수치를 균형있게 조절하게 되고 그 과정에서 콩깍지가 벗겨지니까 노래 가사는 가사일 뿐이라고 치부하더라도 노래는 아름답다.
