Take The Masterclass:
DeepGameBasketball.com
There are going to be times when defenders play defense and cut you off.
That doesn't mean the possession is over, but that you have to be good enough to have a reaction to STILL beat the defender: The Bump Euro is one of those reactions.
One of Harden, Tatum, and Giannis' favorite finishes, Coach Drew breaks down the bump euro, as he always does.
Be sure and take note of the footwork and timing of the move before looking to add it to your game.
**For those of you still with us. Be sure and watch this one all the way through, later in the video Coach Drew throws in some bonus knowledge where he breaks down the Jayson Tatum Side Step ;)
Be sure and comment to let us know what you think of each move!!

Thank you gentlemen for the high quality videos. Developing options from which to chose is Gold. I'd love to watch a sneak peek into the defender side or said differently how to defend on a bump. Again, thank you very much for your great work and for sharing some of it with the world (I'm in France). Peace.

Huh has the nba rules changed? Did the offense create the contact by lowering his shoulder into the body of the defender? In this case the shoulder is not past the defense and the violation goes against the offense. If the defender is moving with you, yes. In the sense that you can camouflage your "hit" into him (which is more of a way to destabilize him and prevent him from jumping well than a hit to put him on the ground) during all the contact that is already happening as you're both moving towards the hoop. If he's clearly planted already you can't ram him.

Guys i need help with the bump. Case 1: I'm currently a 5'7 guard not rly that buff and in a game usually facing 6'4 center (yes in my country that's a center) kinda buff. If i use my bump, most of the time i'm not strong enough to create that seperation, so what should i do? Case 2: The same me but facing a smaller guard than me and not that buff just like me. If i bump him most of the time it would hit his face or the upper shoulder area so it's kinda weird, what should i do?
