Yeah, but it's so prohibitively expensive and awkward to get figures in the UK in the first place, so it works out!

I used 2 eight ft by four ft glass fronted cabinets with glass shelves with 2 four ft wide by three ft deep cabinet fixing the 2 together across the top and bottom .Then I got a fish tank that fits snugly in the middle and put that on runners so it slides out for access to it. Then I put LED strip lights top and bottom of each shelf. I put strengtheners across the backs and fixed them to the wall. I collect DST Gallery, Premier and other 1/8 and 1/6 scale statues. The rest I have in ikea glass cabinets. If you go on sites like Gumtree and Splock or maybe look around charity shops you can (with a bit of luck) find what works for you and it can look pretty cool, museum even 😂 !! Yes indeed. I've invested a few dozen hours with mounting wall shelves. I have 44ft of that, three 6ft bookcases, six tables, two media shelves, a 3ft bookcase, desk shelving, and a few pedestals. I do like having my figures out in the open. Makes them more tangible (and less obscured). Plus, the whole having to turn on separate lights to see them thing. A good air filter definitely helps. But, I do see the appeal with the detolfs and such..so, so nice. They do make anything look like it's in a museum. There's pros and cons with both. Maybe if I knew about detolfs then, I wouldn't have put 64 dime sized holes in my walls.

Oh, definitely, but like I said, I don't have room for a full blown detolf, these are way more mobile and manageable.

It's not completely sealed but it does pretty good job of staying closed.

The Fwoosh stackable, like 5 stacked high? I will switch over to these from detolfs for my Mezco one12 figs. Would be nice if they had a bundle pack. A “Detolf replacer” pack.
