I got one of these to train with because I conceal carry a 1911, and I’m glad I watch this because I was following normal protocol when it comes to field stripping a real 1911. Little bit backwards, but not bad. I do enjoy the gun and it has been a great training tool to aid in my shooting abilities. Plus airsoft bb’s are a lot cheaper than 45 acp. I really enjoy this airsoft gun, can’t wait to get out a play some games next year.

Keep up the great work Lane! I realize how hard it is to stay motivated. More content like this please! I am trying to start an airsoft channel, inspired by your information, I bought a Lancer tactical gen 2 interceptor! I realize your opinion on snipers, but I also bought an ssg10 from Novritsch!

@Tankify Great question! I liked the platform it was based on. I also thought it was aesthetically pleasing. In airsoft, performance doesn’t matter if you don’t enjoy looking at your gun. It’s meant to have fun. Anyways, I liked most parts internally, watched review after review, and when I got it, I was more than pleased!

@Tankify Also, it was between a vsr-10 or the ssg10, I do mainly airsoft on 300 acres of land with friends. With the terrain of the land, sniping was the most overpowering thing I could do. Not really a beginner, I’ve done airsoft for quite some time. Just getting back into it.

Would love a more in-depth guide on lubing and cleaning that gun. Like how much is too much lub. And the hop up adjustment cuz on mine looks like it’s not working

Orange tips are a U.S. law, Canada has different regulations on airsoft guns than we do.

I don’t think anyone has made a kit that survives the recoil. You could do something mounted to the frame

Any tips on why my slide won’t come off? It is firing like normal without the slide catch assembled and now the slide just stays on lol

You might have a BB or chunk of one hanging out in there. Make sure there is no mag in, drop the hammer and try. It might not hurt to relive the barrel bushing to check for any obstructions
