They are so called "give the reason guys". They run they mouths and bullied people who r smaller and do not want to fight. When somebody says something back, there is that reason to attack. Then they told people: "He was running he's mouth, so i beat him"... But, sooner or later, they get beat up themselves. Sometimes really badly. Some cases more than once.
