Same with me, especially in high school when I was working out but my genetics is to be skinny (with big arms, so kinda weird lol all muscle gains goes into my arms) and I was lifting heavy weighs & I have photos and I can't believe how I'm lifting those dumbells that are bigger than my body lol. Such videos like those makes me wanna go back to gym again, even though I stopped since corona started, now I only do fingertips pushups at home.

counting the plates and bar i believe its only 455lb's, now obviously theirs no reference to this doods training so if he's new or intermediate then he's doing great, if he's advanced or elite i'd be wondering why he's only lifting 455 outside of maybe endurance and/or cutting

I think most viewers don't get the hidden lesson he is actually teaching , he isn't there to de mean them ,he is simply showing them that if you think you are lifting heavy now, just think of just how heavier you could lift he you applied proper form.
