The devs did say they wanted to force this event tower into Meta, as a lot of event towers are okay at best.

The jester ability is actually really useful, before changing its bombs it would have a (let’s say) fire bomb. If you click poison bomb, it’ll still have the fire bomb until it throws it. Jester’s ability shuffles the bomb immediately, making him hold the poison bomb

So the broken tower that can beat any mode in matter of minutes is buffed 💀

By the way Elite, Jester isn't bad for early game. The reason Jester was leaking enemies in your review video was because you weren't using the extra money you had left over, which means the jester wasn't upgraded to it's full potential. The jester is actually really good

Here is a tip: when you switched to confusion last second it still had posion bombs because you didint use the ability. The ability makes it so that right after switching to a bomb it will use it instead of using it next throw. Also use ice bomb its slows enemies by alot especially fast enemies it slows the tank so much its like the 2nd best bomb

The jester ability reloads the jesters bombs for when u switch it doesn't keep holding fire or so also i belive with good timings on lower level makes him fire faster.

a easy fix to the confusion brokeness is by making the enemies slower when there confused, or just to nerf the confusion duration, also jester is gonna absolutely ruin stun and slow towers fragile bit of use cause it does not pair well with them

Jester + Sledger Sledger stops things that get into his range, but if he gets pierce capped or a fast enemy runs past him then he will swing at that enemy and miss the others. Jester doesnt care about pierce cap and anything that doesnt get frozen gets reversed. i've seen enemies get pushed back into sledger and then get frozen. really crazy stall combo.

its not bad early wave just outclassed and really great support tower and extreme op for crowd control also if ur using jester for early wave dont spam it just get 1 lvl 2 jester cuz the fire in lvl 0 and 1 cant kill enemies (theyll have 1 hp even with the fire effect) lvl 2 jester have gud offence even in hardcore for early , in mid game (10 to 20 or more) u should not use it as main dps just get a main dps tower and make lvl 2 jester get freeze bombs late waves (25 or more), poison spam , and make 2 jesters holding freeze and confusion when fighting major boss sell some and replace with other dps tower and leave 2 jester both holding confusion bombs

Truly the support tower of all time, besides electro, sledger,toxic gunner,warden, dj, commander, and medic

the dps it does for being a support and costing almost only 10k to max is incredible but still its not good for dps because once the enemies gets away from the puddle its kinda useless(in terms of dps dealing)

Confusion and Potion is the best combination, once jester throws a potion and an enemy passes it, it'll use confussion and boom the enemy will hit the old puddle

So, if we put Jesters with the /poison/confusion bombs alongside Sledger’s freeze, all enemies that are strong would be temporarily stuck at the spawn? (Not burning because it makes the Sledger’s freeze ineffective.) Assuming hypothetically Gladiator wasn’t nerfed, these would make a good Crowd Control (Glad area damage, sledger freeze, jester poison/confusion)

the ability changes the jesters bombs to what you changed it to if it didnt throw a bomb yet (if it throws a bomb it changes to what u changed it to) which is just good for is your tryna quickly swap smth but other than that its kinda useless

this is the best event tower so far (and is even being debated to be better than glad) and i really don't want them to nerf it, it is fun to use and by no means limiting players that weren't there during the event i really want this to be a gladiator 2.0

If you use ice and confusion. Not only with the enemies have seizures but they can barely move

Jester is also really good early game, it has really good splash damage and the fire does like an extra 4 damage

jester is a moster with sledger,make all the bombs poision and spam sledgers.Its a bit expensive but worth it

My loadout for it is jester warden farm dj and commander on crossroads jester can spam and mixed bombs and warden stun while it moves back so poison and things like molten boss can’t even move

The jester 1 major flaw. And that is it's terrible at dealing with fast enemies. Even with 6 maxed out jesters at wave 24, the shadow boss still manage to leak which shows that it's terrible at dealing with fast enemies

The confusion bomb is the Btd6 ninja upgrade called distraction but confusion hits everything

To be fair, it easily gets outclassed by high damage towers such as accel or ranger, but that is expected.

You should set confusion jesters to random so it does not hit the same zombie twice.

Each bombs has a purpouse: poison for splash, fire for dps, ice for stuns, confiussion for support

the two damage of the bomb doesnt count fire damage, its pretty solid early game.
