Missy is so right about Elizabeth being the most beloved swimmer! And not just to young swimmers. You have been the darling of our Villages Swim Team for years! I have always cherished the time you took to interact with us when we came up to U of F.

I am a new swimmer since 2 years ago but I am OBSESSED like Elizabeth said - and I’m also a musician / pianist . It’s a blessing to have both bc they really compliment each other!!

This has been one amazing interview. I have truly been touched by the authenticity. So true about the negativity our brains goes to first regarding our views of others towards us. I thought i was the only one with this issue, I totally related. Thank you!

What non ultra performing swimmers are you still best buddies with? I’ve seen it for decades, fast swimmers at all levels don’t hang out with slower swimmers. I don’t get it, speed doesn’t make you a better person, or better at life. It’s not just about moving on. Once you hit D1, everyone works hard, the difference in speed is genetics and circumstances.
