It was terribly disturbing! That's all I think of when I hear about this case. It's full of idiocy. From start to end. Getting blood work done is not that big a deal anyway. It's not comfortable. But its not worth investors dumping multi millions of dollars into a machine with no solid proof that the results are even worth it. It's not just Elizabeth's fault for duping everyone. It’s everyone's fault..everyone who got involved and believed the fake hype.

Yep. I see she's still sticking to her full-of-shit line about making lab test results more available. Funny, whenever I've gotten a lab test, the lab called me within 48 hours with the results. The tech specifically asks, "Do you have any questions for the doctor?" The one time that I said yes and had the tech take down my question, she called me back within a day with the answer. Additionally, I can login to my healthcare provider's website and see 20 years of results of my medical checkups, blood pressure, metabolic, and doctor's notes on the visits. If that doesn't meet Holmes' definition of "available", can somebody tell me what the hell does? Her bullshit lab testing is the definition of being un-transparent, deceptive, and downright harmful to patients. Don't ever trust somebody who says, "We're taking your doctor out of this equation, it's better for you!" Not that doctors are always wonderful and perfect but when a company pulls you away from your doctor, it's because they can't wait to get their hooks into you for one purpose only: profit. Theranos is Ivan Drago: "If he dies, he dies."

It doesn't do much in regards to redeeming character if the "traits" you're talking about are being a dishonest, slimy snake thats so transparently a rotten-ass bitch at the core -- I reckon if a person, businessminded or not, attractive woman or not, has these characteristics than they are earning of the criticisms coming their way. Don't defend despicable individuals because they are "good" at engaging in bullshit behaviors that have allowed them to be rotten their entire lives without facing consequence. "Doing what works using the traits she has" please gimme a fuckin break, and the sky is murky brown and made of chickens....

She really is an interesting case study. Before the jig was up she had this immense air of confidence and ego about her. She spoke with a sense of certainty and resolve and legitimately seemed to stand behind what she said. But when the curtain fell and she could no longer hide the reality of her con, he eyes took on an almost unhinged look. The kind of eyes the local crazy lady has, the one that yells at kids playing on the street. She maintained the voice - a bit. She still spoke low, but the spirit wasn’t there anymore. She’s a fake and always has been.

thats just her mentally freaking out, I don't feel bad but I pity the amount of work she does, to keep up this facade. It's a lot of memorizing, it's a lot of concentrating on every word, it's a lot of fearful hope that she'll never get caught or asked a question she can't maneuver, it's a lot of conscience-battling between reality and fiction, it's a lot of worrying about the money, it's a lot of worrying about wtf she's going to do when someone snaps their finger in her face and gives her a reality check about all the pending doom if she goes to prison, if she faces employees, investors, her parents, public and clandestine industrymen. It's a lot of remembering a million things at once cross-wiring from the childhood things that made her morph into this monster, to the things from that very morning. It's a lot of embarrassment but bravado and all the mental work to keep the mask up. It's a lot of panicked thinking. It's a lot lol.

The instincts humans have with regard to eyes and eye contact are very valid. This woman is a psychopath. And if you ever feel “off” in terms of how a stranger looks at you, trust your instincts. @@zubileegluckgluck Yeah that isn't at all what I said. I'm not arguing all assessments would be correct or that a person is diagnosable based on a stare or expression. I said trust your instincts when you feel off about someone. Holmes is a good example of someone who makes people instinctively uncomfortable, and her being a psychopath is pretty undisputed. Guessing you're male and have little if any experience with a sexual predatory stare, but I've experienced two in my lifetime and have zero doubt as to a person's ability to recognize dangerous individuals by expression and eye contact alone (at times, at least). Dahmer, Gacy, Arias, Bundy, Manson are other good examples of people who give off the vibes I'm discussing, and there is some truth in the idea of a "psychopathic stare". If you can't recognize them, that's your problem, really.
