I lived on Cherry st. Cherry and Orchard, the brick building on the right with the huge tree upfront behind the liquor store and beige townhouse... I’m so glad to see the neighborhood and Elizabeth in general look so good ! In the Mid 80s it was turning just a touch rough so when I graduated high school my parents moved us to Florida! Proud to say I graduated from EHS !

Broad street isn't downtown. The port is considered downtown. 1st, 2nd, 3rd and the blocks in between.

does uptown begin at Broad St.? What is Elmora Ave. considered? I was a kid in Elizabeth 60 years ago.

Oh I spend years 2008-2017 walking all parts from Elmora morris Ave Newark Ave broad street grand street used to work at Burlington too back in 2015-2017 in jersey gardens.

You up by Shoppers World, the train station and the Post Office. That's Midtown not downtown.

Nice, i was raised there my entire life and it was kinda dangerous but not that bad but still expensive and bad schools too for me but I finally moved to Pennsylvania but it ain’t bad there tbh

Grew up on Lafeyette/Catherine st. late 70's early 80"s, Now I'm and Endodontist have my practice in Marietta Ga. E.Jersey, Division, Magnolia still looking Jacked up, downtown still looks the same, Crack and gangs esp. E Port Poss ruined Eliz even more!!
