Dr. Manu Melwin Joy is Assistant Professor of school of management studies at CUSAT. His childhood days were very much miserable- he was a self esteem, issues always related to education.In 2004 at age of 20, he noticed a swelling in the neck which led to cancer. Dr. V.P Gangadharn treated and supported him throughout the journey. He acquired doctorate in 2017, holds 6 post graduation ,completed 35 research papers and written 5 books. He is the member of Cochin cancer society. He is Toastmasters' speech winner.
