Amo Ella e Count e tutti altri di jazz Aveva 15 anni quando o sentito Ella e o cominciato di cantare e imitare tutti i suoi canzoni e improvizacioni ancora oggi che ho 75 anni insieme con mio marito Victor che non ce piu pero lo trovo qui nel jazz con tutti grandi Artisti Il furore di Ella era quando a intrpretato Hey Jud di Beatless e io lo canto come lei Mio marito suonava armonika aveva il spirito e il ritmo di jazz Era jazzmeane faceva tutto senza partiture solo con orechio precizo nessun zbaglio Siamo invechiato sotto dittatura di komunismo poveri senza CD o vinile Solo con la radio RADIO era la nostra vita dove abiamo conoschuti tutti il grandi muzicisti del mondo Era passione del jazz che a fato inamorare noi Ora che il mio marito Victor non ce piu io contino perche grazie a youtube vedo questi splenditi e grandi concerti che mi dano la vitta GRAZIE

I remember when Count Basie, lived in St.Albans, Queens , when I was child. I used to go to the St. Albans Park and used to see his daugther, escorted by a nurse. I didn't know who Count Basie was, because I was just a child, he is also another great musician.

Thanks to Google Translate: Unforgettable meeting of Ella Fitzgerald and Count Basie in a 1979 special. Basie's unique rhythm with the perfect balance of Ella's voice.
