I think he likes her too (in his own way), I know he’s a psycho (or something quite close to it) but I could feel his vulnerability when he said he’s afraid of her so I think he’s capable to feel the fear of losing her. He was living in a world where everyone is afraid of him even his own family so he’s not familiar of how to treat people right.

same but with an gun! Like when Campbell came to Allie and arrested her and took back Elle, I like wanted that Elle would like escape and soon find a gun or something. And then she shoots him but he survives.idk what gonna happen after that in my little mind when i think about this scenario.Maybe like Campbell understand what he´s doing is not okay, but i know that its not possible bc he´s a psychopaths. So yeah...

Umm.. I know I shouldn't, but I love Ellebell!😍❤ Or Campelle?? Which one..? 🤔🤨 Anyway, I know he's abusive but he just couldn't see her in pain after all the poison thing.. Technically, psychos can't "love", but looks like he's a contradiction. ❤

technically, 'love' has a subjective meaning. so, psychopaths can love; they can raise children and stay loyal to a spouse. because not all psychopaths are violent. maybe campbell cares about her, but he hurts her. he doesn't want to see her in pain _unless_ he's the one doing it. their relationship isn't healthy, and he literally pushes elle to the point that she no longer wants to live anymore; _she literally wants to die because of him._ she's terrified of him, and she can't get away. if you love her character, you shouldn't want that for her.
