Sabrina also went to the blossom grounds so there's definitely a connection and the episode they said that 'the blossoms were good hiders' because they hid the crown in the tree and not the ground so the blossom family knew there was some witch-related crown in their grounds and since they knew they were either witches themselves or maybe witch-hunters
