I think after years of meeting unappreciative people on her show, she just isn't as friendly. The same as someone who works in retail for a long time. I think a lot of the things she’s done with guests would probably be seen as sexual harassment if it wasn’t Ellen. Like organising surprise lap dances from half naked strangers without getting people’s consent first, for example. Also the way she interrogates people about relationships or taking tops off when they’re clearly uncomfortable, but it’s fine because she’s Ellen and she’s smiling so everything must actually be okay..

I have this reoccurring scary dream where I’m not allowed to leave a hospital (for context on why a hospital in my dream: I’ve had health problems since the day I was born, and been in and out of hospitals my whole life) my point, I’m not claustrophobic I just have this fear of being trapped and not allowed to leave, it doesn’t matter how big the room or place is it’s the fact that I CAN’T leave. Luckily with this shelter in place, I can still get outside and walk my dog that’s like my one escape or I drive with my mom to get takeout and just stay in the car, but I get out of the house.
