Ellen welcomed North Carolina high school Principal Tabari Wallace, who went viral this summer after he surprised all 220 of his graduating seniors with a personal parade and yard sign. Tabari explained why he made the unexpected visits to his students' houses, what learning looks like now that school is back in session, and what motivates him to go above and beyond for all his "babies." Ellen and her friends at Shutterfly had a special gift for Principal Tabari and his school.
