Thank you Taz for your channel. I have been wanting to start wearing wigs due to my Alopecia but have been apprehensive. Your journey and wig reviews have inspired me to try. I love this mono girl wig it is so similar to my hair in my early 20’s. I definitely will be trying this one after tax return refund this season. I think it will be a good first full wig option. Taz you can wear any wigs, they're absolutely adorable on you, but in my opinion the darker color wigs really bring out your blue eyes,....this wig is absolutely adorable,....thanks for sharing the details of how to get the best look from this wig, and also thanks for sharing where you bought your top and pants, love the outfit! ❤️

This is adorable, Taz ! I love the brown one, it's my color ! This is a must have especially for the summer ! I love your tips for getting the look ! I've been doing that to my own bio hair for years ! I wear so many wigs that my neighbors think it's just another wig ! Hehehehehe ! Whoop!! First thing in the morning, a new GORGEOUS wig and Taz! This is the style I've been wanting and looking at ALL the wig companies, trying to decide between them. Not sure if I can pull off platinum blonde though. Maybe strawberry blonde instead? It's amazing how the same person wearing different wigs looks 100% like a different person. Even the wig company photos, took me forever to realize I was often looking at the same woman in brown, blonde and red! I've been going through all the 'makeover guys' videos and for the price of a makeover and plane fare (even though they're wonderful!) I could afford 5 or 10 wigs!

Wow! Can't decide which of the two is cuter! I think that the blonder one looks really awesome with your pink & white outfit; however, I kind a dig the Bernstein (any relationship with the bears?) more! I like the depth of it, with the blond highlights against the brown. This is such a good length for you. Such a good trick about spraying product on your hand instead of directly onto the unit. Thanks for sharing!

I have had two and they looked so different for sure. I love one and it’s also in Champagne Rooted the other one had like waves no curl per se and I gave it to my girlfriend it was in SanFran Rooted. It has permatease? It’s so well done though. I washed mine five times and it’s like iron really good value for the price point. Love this wig, and I get so many compliments.

I know that this is an old video, but this wig is the same as how I wear my hair. My concern is that you can’t return it if you have put hairspray on it and it still didn’t get much curl. It’s the only wig I’ve seen that has all of these cite features.

Love the outfit. As for Girl Mono -- very cute on you, I have not had success with Ellen Wille wigs. They just don't seem to sit well on me, even though I have a petite-average head. I had RW's Glam Slam a few years back and it looked adorable at first (similar curls all over) but it dried out and became a tangled mess in months. I only wore it twice so I don't know what happened. In any case, I like the EW lace fronts and especially like the darker color. I would probably pluck the part a bit, but that is just my impression from the video. It may be better in person. xoxo

I saw that Jamila and have longed to try another curly wig but I think I had better be content with JR and RoP -- they seem to last well forever. (Got my first PS Bl. piece yesterday -- love the color, trying to get used to it on me. Very glam. Ordered my first 12FS8 - exciting) 🙋♀️💖

I love your videos, your informative tips and oh how I wish I could get my wigs to look so natural..maybe it's because I'm fairly new to wigs or maybe because it's because I haven't built that confidence yet that I think everything looks wiggy on me...I've had very little bio hair for so long that when I look in the mirror with my wigs on they look wiggy. I've begun experiment with piecing the bangs and thinning out the wigs...but I'm so afraid of ruining them that I just take a very little off, wait then try again...a work in progress. At 69 I better get a move on though 😂😂 I guess it all takes practice and must be taken a day at a time! Either way, please keep these wonderful videos coming💖

I'm really frustrated. I got girl mono and the curls are totally different. I wanted these loose ringlets like on both of the wigs Taz shows here but mine has HUGE barrel curls that look ridiculous around my little face. I want to try movie star or turn or storyville (and chop off length) or gina mono (and chop off length) but I'm just afraid I'll get another wig with the totally wrong curls.

I purchased this wig and have to agree it’s absolutely adorable. Unfortunately it wasn’t flattering on me. It’s a younger look I think. It was very hard to send it back. Wig Studio1 is top notch to work with. Great customer service (Marilyn ♥️).

With Ellen Wille.. the colors are all over the place. From memory, the root is about the same on both that you mentioned. About a medium brown. On Girl Mono, the Champagne Rooted and the SBR are about the same brightness too.. I was hoping for a lighter version of Champagne Rooted on this style. XOXO

Thank you! I am about 5" 2.5"..lol. I always wear a heeled shoe. I did not alter these jeans, nor are they petite sized. I found them in misses:-) XOXO

If you clip a curly wig into a ponytail will that pull the curl out of the hair?

It should not pull the curl out. However, do not store it with accessories in it for longer periods of time and I suggest spritzing it with water and shaking it out after wearing it in clip:-) XOXO

The only wig I have personally had with a right part is the Belle Tress M&M. The open top wigs and full mono top wigs can be parted any way you like. XOXO

I am going to be starting chemo treatment shortly and want to buy the Girl Mono. However, since this will be the first time to wear a wig I was wondering if Ellen Willie is an average fitting wig? I am a little scared wondering if it will be noticeable I am wearing a wig? Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I’m confused about the wig spray - I thought one was supposed to avoid using product with alcohol on synthetic wigs and yet that brand has a ton of alcohol. Also, I tried the dry shampoo method to de-shine my Girl Mono but it really dried out the fibres (alcohol!) - the reason why I’m hesitant about using the spray. Thoughts?

Hello Margot! If you want styling hold on your wigs, the best options are products that are specifically designed for synthetic wigs.. I do not use much product on my wigs... it can dry them, makes the fibers sticky and attracts dirt so I have to wash them more often which is wear and tear on the wig. In order to get some hold, the product has to have ingredients that work.. and the downside as you mentioned is the drying effect , gummy-ness and having to wash it more often. Hope this helps! XOXO

Yes, but a straight across bang may not work due to the curl.
