Milk biscuits! You will be delighted! Simple and very tasty!
Ingredients:
Hot milk - 80 ml
Sugar - 170 grams (5.99 oz)
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Butter - 100 grams (3.52 oz)
Egg - 1 pc
Flour 400 - 450 grams (14.10 - 15.87 oz)
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 25 - 30 minutes

Thanks Ellen fantastic recipe, sooo easy and tasty, I made it yesterday to drink it with cup of coffee, I did not have the same cutter, so I used a star⭐ cutter, and my kids love them, and like turkish say "Ellerinize sağlık" greetings from Turkey🇹🇷

Рецепт коржиков совсем не такой,как в сборнике рецептов СССР, это уже более современный, тот из детства 250 гр.,мягкого сл.масла растереть с 1 ст, сахара, доб. 2 яйца,перемешать, пол ч .л.соды, пол.ст молока, 2- 3 ст.муки, соль по вкусу, заиесить тесто, печь при 180 гр. До румяного цвета. Приятного аппетита.

Отлично, так же можно и сочники приготовить, тесто то же самое, только творог добавляете, я обычный творог смешиваю с сладкой творожной массой, получается в меру сладкий и вкусный.
