what do i do when you stop talking?
up to you! affirmations, visualizations-once i finish it’s your preference how you want to proceed.
what is shifting?

what is the void state?
the void state is characterized by complete and total relaxation. it may be accompanied by total silence and total body relaxation, though it can show itself differently from person-to-person.

I shifted with this, I honestly felt so normal it took me a second to notice I had. Once I heard Luffy I knew instantly. He almost ran right into me. I am so grateful that I chose to listen to this. Thank you :) and thank you universe I have been trying for 2.5 years now. Well deserved

@@bellaphoenix1106 My tip is to remind yourself that you DR is already there. Like a road trip, your destination is inevitable. Keeping that mindset really helped me. Everytime you wake up in ur CR instead is just you stopping for gas before you get ready to try again. Also, meditate about what might be holding you back. Be mindful of your subconscious thoughts about shifting

Hey. Congratulations. When you say you shifted, you mean like you went to sleep and woke up in your actual desired reality or do you mean that your mindset shifted?

I REACHED THE VOID STATE FIRST TIME!!! GUYS THIS IS SO AMAZING. I have so much stress going on and this made me os calm. I ALSO ALMOST SHIFTED!!!! But then my granfdather came in and asked if I wanted bacon for dinner HAHAHA. BUT TRY THIS IT'S AMAZING UEJNRFJDN

I reached void state first time listening to this!!!! And every time after too! This is the only void state meditation that I’ve ever been able to reach void state with. Thank you for this and I’m glad to see you back

may i ask how- how did you enter your desired reality after entering the void state?

@@mikewazowski8922 after reaching the void state, you can just affirm until you feel your surroundings change. Once they have fully changed, you can open your eyes and should be in your DR at that point. To make it easier, you can script that your eyes automatically open once you get to your DR.

Attempt 1: I had listened all the way through when she was talking, but instead of the body floating part I had repeated affermations about how I was more than my physical body. Once she was done talking, there was this sensation of calming numbness. It started at my hands and went down, so I could still feel part of my body. Sadly I had an itch, so I had to move.

@@ereddogvery late comment but it’s your body trying to check if you’re still awake or present subconsciously, ignoring allows your body to act as if it’s sleep while your mind stays awake- it’s how some people know they’ll lucid dream which can easily turn into shifting from there

I saw the 111k views and thought this can be a sign. I immediately relaxed and manifested a while in void. After that I started to feel numb in my body and I shifted into my dr! Works so well thank you

The first night I had used this (last night) I easily got into the void state and was so close to shifting (I was already disconnected from my cr, and just needed to connect to my dr) but I got scared and opened my eyes. I really love this guided meditation and tonight I’ll try it again. EDIT: I didn’t shift, but I learned how to get more comfortable in the void state (it’s so nerve wrecking at first not being connected to my body). I think once I try and connect myself to my DR, I’ll be able to. EDIT: I tried at lunch to awake shift (I literally have nothing better to do in my day) and I felt myself feeling sort of connected to my DR; I could almost see my room and the hallway and it almost felt like I was there, but I kept thinking about my cr and ended up grounding myself back here instead. Gonna try and focusing on all of my five senses instead of just sight. EDIT: I felt much more connected to my DR but my mind kept trailing back to my cr but I did not shift, but lately (past 3 nights) I’ve been getting vivid dreams not about my dr but really vivid. I’m gonna watch videos about the final push and affirmations (things I have struggles with) to reach my dr. EDIT: I was basically connected to my dr and I knew I was gonna shift, but since I was doing a sleep method and I wasn’t tired I ended up being ready for half n hour and never fell asleep. I only started thinking of my cr when my patience was running thin, and got aware of my cr again. I just rolled over and decided to go to bed… then had a nightmare 🧑🏻‍🦯.

I did intend to use this for shifting but ended up using it to sleep, when I tell you I was so well rested and at what point it was like I was asleep but can still kind see my body in a first person view while feeling numb. Not a bad type a numb, an relaxing peaceful and resting numb. I really like it and plan on using it to wake up in a different reality, (so shifting)

I used this twice and gotten close to shifting both times listening. This pretty much the only shifting meditation I need, but the ASMR Psychologist's is close to my heart. Edit: I listen to this eariler today. I was the closest to shifting fully again ever! I had a panic attack because I didn't know what was going on it. Thanks though!

This is amazing, i didnt shift or fully enter the void state but i did go to my desired reality and fly around a bit as my consiousness and i retrieved some memories from my dr. I retrieved 3 small memories with my s/o and 1 with my best friend. I also went around my house and looked around my bedroom and things that are there and saw objects anf different pieces of furniture. Thank you so much for this i will definitely be using this again!!

LITERALLY FELT LIKE AN ORB OF LIGHT WITH THIS LAST NIGHT. i could almost move around in my bed and not feel the sheets or mattress around me. unfortunately i feel asleep, but i WILL be using this again

I ENTERED THE VOID STATE TYSM TYSM TYSMMMM so basically after swimming i felt tired so i put this on and tried to enter the void state but it didn’t work the first time , now it’s night and i played this once . when she stopped talking i continued affirming and imagined my head / consciousness being pulled repeatedly until I ACTUALLY felt it being pulled up but it was not very fast ( my body was numb before this happened ) . but i could also feel that it was pitch black my eyes kept twitching when i was in the void but i remained there ANYWAYS i was so excited and i new i could do it i persisted and anyways after i felt my consciousness being pulled upwards slowly i felt like i was spinning or rotating but slowly as well like it was sooooooo calming . but anyways i jus started blurting out all my desires “i have my desired face” etc etc but this is so cool please never give up AND PERSIST (this is my 4-5th time in general but only my 2nd time using this guide specifically . tysm . OH AND before this i listened to slade and solar’s void subs . (it took abt 27 mins to enter)

Thank you for the beginning! I’m going to go heat up my heating pad for a cramp I have and drink some water, then come back. I’ll update when I come back from this if I shifted or not! I believe I will, considering all the things I’ve stressed about are behind me, and I’m satisfied with my life now. I’m at a good point, and I believe i will shift tonight!

I use this as a daily meditation combined with an affirmation meditation, its so relaxing and perfect to practice that blank fully relaxed state. I'm taking a shifting break right now but this is absolutely helping me move in the right direction 🥰

@@Wallflower447 I was feeling period cramps and I took some pm pills that made me sleepy (only 4) then I ate some pizza. when I started feeling tired and my phone and headphones were right next to me, I turned off the volume on my tv and laid in a startfish position ( during the first part I also made sure nothing was touching my neck because it’s sensitive.) I kept repeating affirmations in my mind and then I got intense tingles and saw a very bright light even though my eyes were closed. (It was mad bright even though it was still day) when I wasn’t spaced out anymore and felt my consciousness coming back I opened my eyes and stopped affirming. Before that I was just relaxing in my bed

@@Wallflower447 BUT: don’t go and chug some sleeping pills. The only thing you want to do is just be chill the whole day and feel tired so I recommend trying it when you’re about to take a rlly good nap

@@annieavakoci5038im like hella late girl sorry but she stops talking because this is the extended version so she finishes guiding you pretty early on and then the meditation sounds keep playing so u can have them as u do ur final push to shift

Wow I just found this, but when I firsted tried shifting I mistaked this with the raven method. I got close to shifting I was able see the stars start to move but then I just remembered waking up. Thank you so much I'm going to shift with this tonight!!

I was about to use one of your other meditations, then I just went and checked if you had uploaded anything. And you had!! :D your Julia method meditation was the first shifting meditation ever that I used, it’s a good one so I’m positive this will be just as good!

I love how at around 10:00 you say “I know that when you’re ready, you will return to me” (and literally everything else about the consciousness leaving the physical body) because it makes me feel like I do have control and that when I shift, a) it’ll be when my conscious is ready b) I’ll come back to my original reality again when my conscious is ready :) thank you for coming back to us with such a wonderful video, I have listened to it before my attempt tonight to see if I want to use it and I’m definitely going to give it a go! I was literally just about to listen to some calming music bc I couldn't sleep but I saw ur video pop up and I was genuinely shook. I was so surprised that this video was posted a month ago and I didn't know about it!! you're the only person whose ever gotten me close to shifting and I've been seeing hella angle numbers recently so I'm gonna take this as sign and get back into shifting again!! My mental health is way better now than it was a year ago so hopefully my attempts get me closer to my dr!! I'm so happy you're back I've missed your videos

really relaxing meditation, i can't tell if i was going in and out of the void or if i was just half sleeping. every so often id imagine something and get immersed in it and then then everything would stop and then id realize and then get snapped back into the meditation and my position. anyway ill try again soon!

ngl this works wonders i am so close always, like i always imagine getting sucked into a portal after you're done talking and this portal is the entrance to the void state and i felt it really sucking me in and spinning me it felt amazing but since its my first tome getting these symptoms i focused a bit too much on them but ik next try is getting me into the void for sure i just know thanks for this great meditation 💕

This video was awhile ago, but I do remember I have been in the void state before without trying to be. It was a awhile back, I was trying to shift and I got pretty close, probably the closest I've ever been. I remember it was very dark (obviously bcs i had my eyes closed), I felt and heard a gush of wind go through my ear. It was very sudden and scared me. My ear started ringing, I knew I was shifting. But my anxiety couldn't handle that and forced my eyes open because my mind was telling me I was being watched.👎👎 I was obviously alone in the room, but I'm so confident that I would have shifted I didn't open my eyes.
