I felt an inward pain when he left. This agony feeling of emptiness. Cant quite explain it. I wish he was permanently returning too, it would feel much, much better.

Wow!!!! I have a feeling that Stabler knew Kathy wasn't going to make it and then realized he was supposed to die in the car and when he saw Olivia he realized , he almost lost the chance to reconcile with his soulmate and the woman he's always loved!

Oh...my...God!!!😭😩😭😭😭😩 this is beautifully done! How he has always sought her eyes for strength in the toughest of times😢💔 .. she's his anchor ... "you give him stability" just like Cathy had told Olivia years back. When he tells her he loves her in response to her question "tell us what you need" speaks volumes of the truth! Subconsciously, he knows Liv is who he needs to survive the grief spiral he's been caught in. He answered with the only truth he knew when his guard was down ... what he needs is his partner, Olivia😭💔♥️

Hate to say this but Kathy knew along that even though she was married to Stabler, that the bond and how close they were as partners was stronger than her marriage to him. Olivia really did nothing but be herself just that she allowed him into her life and he felt at the time she had his back as he had hers and that nothing would stop either one for risking everything for the other. Of all the partners in SVU, these two were special for the job and the victims because they fought for them as they fought to protect one another willing the give their lives for each other.

Don't even bother. We waited 20 years to have that bond with someone. Not sexual but intimate. They knew each other by heart. It was the worst reunion ever! No emotion except from the Stabler we love! Hargitay really needs to step aside. Shes done.
