Why is everyone hating on this guy? He is a fascinating rookie who has made baseball fun to watch again. His energy is infectious and his jaw-dropping skill-set is a must see. As for his miscues (strikeouts), he will only get better with time. Once De La Cruz learns to be more paitent at the plate, he has a chance to dominated the game. All I know is: Baseball is back!!!

@@Dukesmokeyit won't ruin the reds. its ownerships fault if they give him a votto deal then don't spend more money to try to compete. btw how many years of control does cincy have left??? my god the baseball fans always complaining about the big markets thing is so annoying for a new or old fan.

@@ChristopherJenkins-rg8kf Man, these ball players are all making way too much money. I truly believe all sports players are making too much. It doesn’t teach them to make good career choices when they’re getting monster contracts handed to them. The answer to your question is who knows… I’ve always been a reds fan win or lose. People are frustrated with the market because players can switch teams too easy. They need to play the sport. They have their life basically handed to them when people like us have to work our asses off to make a living. Must be nice

they actually treat you like a human not a horse in that they arent just staring at your knees asking a bunch of hack medical experts and financial charlatans when the first day is that they'll be able to cut you and save money/rob you. baseball will get more steam than football if they keep putting on playoff games like 2019nfc or 2022afc which are clearly ref ball games. nfl is fumbling the bag just cant see it as clearly cuz they spend so much.

This is a ho-hum so what. Elly De La Cruz is currently leading all N.L. infielders in errors. So, no, I'm not impressed until he starts making routine plays. He's exciting, but he'll wind up playing outfield like Fernando Tatis Jr. with San Diego, Tatis also made too many errors on routine plays.

@@user-gz6gl5lt5vlebron and michael jordan are the most dominant athletes ever especially since they didn't cheat i love how some baseball people just act like that doesn't matter lmao. it doesn't for the hall of fame but you wsnna start calling him the most dominant athlete ever you have to leave him off the list for the small things. lebron kareem shaq and jordan all more dominant athletes than bonds especially since i dont think bonds getting a touch down first down(nfl) or 20 ppg season in the nba so no way he the most dominant athlete ever. put lebron on the baseball or football field you'd be shocked and ik a lot of baseball fans hate lebron bc its one of their last ways to be lowkey racist but I'm not lying not lying at all bonds isnt even a top 10 ATHLETE of all time no shot
