The Earthtone sounds really good on that snare. I’ve used goat and kangaroo, but I prefer the goatskin on my black beauty. May have to try Earthtone someday.

Sounds great! I wonder if the sound difference would be even more noticeable when using calfskin heads on the toms. Also, how do you think the real thing compares to Evan’s’ Calftones or Remo Fiberskyn?
