Mas advisable na magtraining or mag-exercise during the first part of your menstrual cycle, that is from the start of your menstruation up to your ovulation period (or what is called the follicular phase) kase mas mataas ang estrogen level mo during that time, which increases muscle strength as compared to the 2nd part of your menstrual cycle, that is from your ovulation period up to the next menstruation (or what is called the luteinising phase) kung saan mas mataas naman ang progesterone level mo, which makes you feel weak. And mas advisable na gumalaw or mag-exercise during your "red days" para ma-lessen ang cramps. Hope this helps you ladies cope up with your monthly "dalaws" 😍

Simula 2013, nagswitch na ako to cup. Super convenient lalo na for water sports - surf, swimming, diving! :) Sana mas marami pa maging open magswitch sa cup :)

Hi Mamsh! Yung client kong athleta dati(triathlon), Until she had an Achilles Heel Inury. Until now sa mga exercises nya at sa binebenta nya sa Amazon ay yung Menstrual Cup. Pero she has the confidence naman to do things without worrying about the stain. Sa pain, parang she has to take some meds talaga if she's on her cycle. As a man, I cant really realate. But, as her e-Com VA, I can see the demand and it's really selling sa North America and Europe. Parang dito sa Asia, in general lang yata ang still used to pads.

i appreciated this video so much. i'm also using a cup and i started road biking few weeks ago but i never risk it if i have my period. so quick question, is it uncomfortable to use a cup while wearing bib? thank you so much! have a great day!

Yes. Though still haven't found my goldicup yet kaya may leak pa din minsan but yeah it's still comfortable, and if you're still new to road biking it's advisable also not to wear underwear, derecho bib na agad (both for men and women siya actually) just in case new sayo yung info na yun :)

Same po. Natry ko na magbike na meron ako at gamit ko rin po ay menstrual cup (Lunette Cup). Nakakatuwa po kasi parang wala kang mens. As in parang normal na araw lang ganun. Pwede rin sya hanggang 12hrs sa loob (depende pa rin sa lakas ng mens). Di mo na kailangan magpalit palit every 3 hrs. Tapos wala pang sticky feeling. Super life changing. ❤️

Helloi Eloi 👋🏼 you can try using an app called "bikemap" developed specifically for cyclists. Works (almost) like Google maps but primarily directs cyclist routes instead of cars/motorcycles. Meron din audio option so you can use it like how you are using maps. Hope this helps. Ridesafe po 😊
