Dear Stephanie, I fell in love with this method of braiding the heart, so I ordered the necessary cabochons and as soon as they are delivered, I will start working. The health problems I have are slowly receding, so I will finally be able to return to my beloved beading. In those two months, I have accumulated a lot of beautiful works that I would like to sew. This looks amazing! Such a great "new" bezel, can't wait to try. Thank you sooooo much for the specs on different sizes, I gravitate to smaller stones, but a lot of projects only focus on large sizes. You gave us all sizes AND a whole new design. Love it!

This would be so easy to do with bead embroidery. Im thinking I’ll use matching 15/0s and build the pattern down. Co many options!! You could use a clear cabochon and put a picture behind it!!! Like for a new baby, or a wedding. Just gorgeous!

Hi Stephanie. I have a little tip, especially if you are working with beads that are really close in color. The one spot where you skip to make the point of the stone fit into, and then you go around with 15/0’s adding that one 15/0 to straddle the gap on that decrease… when you add that single 15/0, I would suggest using an alternating color ( whatever will stand out, but not distract from the design). This way you will know exactly where the point goes. It really helps, plus it gets overlayed with the next round of 15/0’s. You can find it quite easily. Thank you so much for your time. Hi I really ❤️ the heart shaped seed beads on the Cabochon. But when U started on the heart shaped seed beads and then towards the end there’s a skipped part so I don’t understand the skipped part. I need that to be included too. Cuz I have never done the heart shaped seed beads part. I want to learn how to make this. 🙁

The amounts are on the screen in the video. If you have a cabochon ( flat back) of that size you’ll follow the Goddess Pendant video I linked in the description box under the video. Adjust your bezel to fit your stone.

I give you the starting number of Delicas for the 20x30 pear. Follow the rest of the video adjusting if you need to. I didn’t need to change anything except adding on additional 15/0 row on the front.

Every time I watch you stick your needle into a Delica.....I cringe, thinking and just waiting for a bead to break! Yikes...then you said " I broke a bead" and I thought, even you break one once in a while. Ab FAB. Richard

Haha so funny! I do push the envelope a bit and definitely break a bead or two. It looks a bit more scary than it is. I have to hold my hands and needle like a contortionist to get the proper angle for filming. If I’m just beading, it’s a lot easier😂😃😉

Thank you 🙏 Charlottes are Czech 15/0 seed beads that are a tiny bit smaller than a regular 15/0 and have one facet. They fit in spaces where a regular 15/0 is a bit too big. I don’t know of anything you can substitute for them.

It depends on your stone. Some stones are shaped a little differently depending on the brand. You need to try both to see which amount fits your stone😃

Any lighter or darker green would look lovely. You could try a Bermuda blue crystal ( it has green and blue in it). You could use a multi colored gemstone cabochon as well. Or Opal? Jade? So many colors to choose from 😊

This is so perfect. I have been wanting to make something for my granddaughters for their upcoming birthdays. I have a lot of granddaughters. So this is perfect! I am going to look for birthstone colors, if possible. Thank you!
