Update!: I think I get the whole Lore now Lmao So In Summary, A Fallen Angel (Possibly a Demon) used their Persuasive voice to ask the Church to give them a Human Sacrifice to use as their Vessel. However, To Deceive the people of the Church, They used a voice similar to the Pastor's wife, For the Cultist to think it is Actually the Pastor's Wife trying to Live in another body after death. The Human Vessel was Angelica, And Angelica was “Possesed” by a Banished Angel/Demon who's pretending to be the Pastor's wife for them to be able to walk on earth without problems because After they are banished, God took away their Vessels. BUT most of these Banished Angels/Demons don't want to go to Hell, and the Only way they can go to earth, was Using a vessel. And Since it's taken away from them, They USED other Human beings as their Vessels. Forcas, (Even tho he said that he's NOT Angelica's Guardian Angel) May have been Angelica's Guardian. He's trying to save Angelica's Body because he “Thinks” or feels that Angelica is still in her Body, even after being used as a Vessel by an “Angel”/Demon. Either Forcas is her true Guardian pretending like he's not because he's afraid that he might've been talking to the “Demon” instead of Angelica, Or he's the one who Volunteered to help Angelica because no other Angels would even though God probably wanted them to (As mentioned by Forcas in the earlier game) Angelica, was a Nun who doesn't remember anything, and WITHOUT knowledge that she's been possessed by a Demon. And the random nose bleeds are the Indications that the demon inside her might've been active!

I'm assuming the pastors wife took over the main characters body in an attempt to come back to life, and Forcas is trying to bring the main character back into her body? something along the lines of that:D

@@_Fryes.1Fan I think a fallen angel asked the church (cultists), to bring it a human body (the human body being, angelica the person we play as) and it will bring the cultists, back their pastor's wife to take over the body. However, the fallen angel instead took over the body and pretended to be the pastors wife in this new vessel, this whole funeral thing is a setup because the cultists think the ritual failed and wanted to test if its really the pastors wife.

Forcas I think was the angel assigned to protect angelica maybe? Or just some random ass angel tryna save her because, Forcas thinks that Angelica's spirit is still somehow connected to her body and now the fallen angel and Angelica are in a tussle of control, their spirits and stuff fighting? Intertwining? Idk smth like that. Despite the other angels and mb even GOD telling him to give up, he still wants to try and save Angelica.
