I recently went to his concert, literally a few days ago. I grew up listening to his songs because of my dad. I watched his movie Rocketman and I realized I've been listening to his songs my whole life. It's one of those that you just hear the songs on the radio, but never knew the artist. Fast forward, I became obsessed with this songs and I've listened to them non-stop since then. And then, I found out he was having a farewell tour and rescheduled to 2022. I literally waited for over a year. I didn't buy a ticket right there and then because it was all from a verified reseller, so I decided to get them the day of. Luckily, I was able to get the tickets after 4 hours of refreshing, and even settled for "corner" seats but on the 100 upper level. Little did we know, we had a great view of him AND he was facing towards us. He also got up and down the stairs right by where we were. It was definitely the best concerts I've ever been to. I wasn't too familiar with a couple of his songs (one of them was Have Mercy on the Criminal), but I rocked and roll with the rest of them. I was singing the old versions tho haha God knows how much I love his songs so He gave us the best seats! In turn, I failed my Physics exam lol But whatever, it was the BEST NIGHT OF MY LIFE WITH MY HUSBAND!
