The reason it doesn't sound good is not because of the new members, it's the mixing that's lacking. I do miss the backing vocals though.

A band destroyed i'am afraid...one thing is loosing one member of the line up...but trhee? I've seen eluveitie live several times...never that bad. Hope they can rise again from this.

just listened to the whole vid, it gets better as it progresses for sure, but the first song sucks bad

That's the mix created live for the crowd. To have it mixed for an online-audience would be too expensive for a non-commercial streaming.

Anna wasn't at this show, her last show with Eluveitie was at Fortarock in the Netherlands at the beginning of June. The hurdy gurdy player you see is a session player

Yeah playing Wacken was one of her first ever gigs, not just with the band, but overall one of the first she's ever been to. I follow her on Facebook and playing a massive festival like Wacken as one of your first gigs would definitely cause a lot of nerves!!

I seen them live at the agora in Cleveland october 2015 not long before they lost anna and the others and they sounded fantastic. this is just making me cringe

man,what a shitty sound,all of the flute, hurdy gurdy and other special instruments blown out,instead we get an extremely annoying typing machine alike drum sound ,ppfffhaha
