The English pronounciation for the bands name is El-vay-tee, with the "u" being silent. They sing about Celtic history and culture mostly from the Celtic tribe of the Helvetii in the antiquity. Epona was the Celtic mother goddess and goddess of horses. She was worshipped with sacrifices of fresh cut roses or rose petals. This song is a prayer/complaint of a young Helvetian woman to her goddess. I would like to recommend some other songs by Eluveitie: "King", "Thousandfold", "Omnos" (from their acoustic album "Evocation I: The Arcane Dominion"), and some newer stuff after the lineup change in 2016 like "Rebirth"; "The Slumber", "Ategnatos", "Deathwalker" (live at Wacken 2019). Or, if you like the acoustic sound of them try "Caturix" (god of war), "Lugus" (god of trade and craftsmanship) or "Epona" (mother goddess) from their second acoustic album Evocation II: Pantheon.

Oh, forgot to mention that all their acoustic songs are sung in Gaulish, the extinct but reconstructed language of the continental Celts. And they use a lot of traditional instruments like fiddle, tin whistle, low whistle, Celtic harp, bagpipe, bodhhran, mandola and hurdy gurdy besides the usual "metal gear" for their Death metal/Celtic Folk mix.
