I made an error with the "Elgar'nan as a demon" image, which turns out is NOT an official Dragon Age: The Veilguard image. I should have bet money on my final assessment. 😅 You will see my journey and thought process in this video and why exactly I came to these correct conclusions.

I'm 95% sure that the tentacle monster is Ghilan'nain. As for the other Evanuris - it could be either Elgar'nan or Dirthamen, yes. Both Evanuris look quite Lovecraftian and scary. I've always had a fear of mountain-sized colossi.

For why I think Andruil might ultimately be the bad guy, we have to go back to the very old stories. The brine could absolutely also be Andruil. If Andruil brought back the Blight in the beginning, Ghil could have been her first infected. And I'm still voting for Falon'din... with an outside possibility of Dirthamen.

That picture of the horned giant with fire on the arm and spikes could just be a monument. There was a codex in Trespasser describing the construction of a great temple dedicated to Elgar'nan with a snarling mouth. Signs of Victory is the codex name, and it describes a million servants converging on a lump of fallen rock as large as a mountain to carve it out within a day's time. I think the T-shaped one is Ghil because it looks like she has some kind of creature on her that gives her more arms. This could be due to the grey pools that alter lifeforms. She might have full control over how it transforms things. So she can use it without any risk to her own physical form. The other could be Elgar'nan if the above codex applies. Plus "The Veilguard" can be switched around to read "Huge Devil Art". :p

Game Informer confirms they are Gillain’nain and Elgar’nan

Note: Ghilan’nain is NOT the daughter of Elgar’nan and Mythal. She was a devotee of Andruil raised to godhood.

Something interesting to remember about Dirthamen is, in DAI, when you get the Flemeth + Old God Kieran scene in the Fade, there's that giant statue of Dirthamen, bleeding, with a sword buried into his back. So this entails of some kind of betrayal, that might as well play a part in this plot, if he's involved?

I wonder if each Elven God that broke free from the Veil ends up becoming a boss for each chapter or act, sort of like a boss gauntlet 1. Ghilan’nain, the Mother of Halla. She could be just an Elven Mage or Ranger riding in a demonic Halla. Or she could be a Halla like Centaur carrying a Shepards cane. 2. June, the God of the Craft. He could just be an Elven Black Smith with a magical hammer. Or he could just have a similar armitager ability that Noctis has in Final Fantasy 15. 3. Sylaise, the Hearthkeeper. She could be some Elven Mage that has the most powerful nature magic. Or just a giant talking tree. 4. Andruil, the Goddess of the Hunt. She could be an Elven Ranger with some animal like features. 5. Dirthamen, Keeper of Secrets. He could be shadowy like robed figure with shadow magic. Or just a demonic giant raven. Or an elf like angel with raven wings and legs 6. Falon’din, Friend of the Dead. He could just be the grim reaper. 7. Elgar’nan, The All Father. He could be an Elven Knight with a sword and shield. Or he could turn into a dragon like Mythal did. 8. Possibly the final boss, Solas, the Dread Wolf. He could either be using his rift mage skills, or turn into a giant wolf that’s similar to the ones the tapestry depicted Fen’Harel is.

Inquisition hinted at these Ghilan'nian and Dirth with the painting of a lady in white with Halla antlers and a Green and black bear.

I've not seen anything that's made me want to purchase this game. I've been fence sitting. That being said, you've single handedly made it more interesting and increased my interest in it by about 1000% in one video. Well done. Totally deserves a sub in my opinion.

I have watched this scene in slow motion, and i was able to spot some interesting details. - T-head wears a golden mask, and seems to have breasts. So T-head is probably a woman. - Horn-head looks more natural than T-head, and seems to be a man. Horn-head seems to wear a crown, and a dark coat with ornate shoulder pieces.

It actually has been proven now who both are, that they are indeed the antagonists instead of Solas (hence the name change of the game), and one of them PROVES my theory of the Evanuris and Maker all along!!! I don’t want to spoil such leaks for anyone wanting to avoid them at all costs…but all I can say is I KNEW IT about another specific character, and it makes the overall lore and game EVEN BETTER!!! 😃😄😁

YES I love this b/c this was me for like an hour in the middle of work, busted out the theory notebook and started writing wildly XD I think STORY-wise, the most compelling would be an evil daddy/daughter team (take your daughter to overthrow the world day!), but evidence-wise, Ghilly and Dirth seem to match best. I also really love the idea of Ghilly transforming Anduril, but there is a partial crack thought I had about what if it's two evanuris combined or something, and that's why the symbols overlap? Like an Anduril/Ghilly combo and either the twins, or El & Dirth? Who knows!! I love this tho, it's so much fun XD Glad I'm not the only one LOL

Hmm...Morrigan is Mythal's daughter, right? But Morrigan is not in this game. Curious about that because it would make so much sense to have the two sisters present.

1. Ghilanain is not the god of monsters. She created beasts, not monsters. 2 it wasn’t 100% factual that the prison that was in the horrors of Hormac belonged to Ghil. 3. The theory that the gods became corrupted is interesting but I doubt it’s going to be true. The Evanuris were not weak spirits nor were they pride demons. They were/beyond powerful beings. Also, according to the lady who appears to be Morrigan, they won’t stop until we bow to them, implying they can think. Also, Solas says they are blighted. Maybe they became blighted and that’s why they look like this?

In origins cultist ask us to destroy ashes so andraste could reborn .same does hakkons asking to kill dragon form so hakkon can reborn . And we know blighted dragons could be evenuris or tevinter gods and 5 were killed during blights so also should be reborn till now. We know as well elven gods were always reborning (probably through valeselin same as corypheus use any blighted creature elven gods used any elf that has their bloodmarks on forehead )And if devs totally change that and dont even mention that in vailguard that would be supper dissapointing.

Well, now we know that escapee evanuris are Ghilan'nan and Elgar'nan.

So, instead of one elven god, we get three, two of which are also infected with corruption, judging by their appearance. Nice!

it could be that rightie is one of the twins, and while Ghilan'nain goes crazy making monsters dirthamen does some terrible things to get back to their twin. Plus i feel like elgarnan would have a fancier more kingly look and rightie looks like a cool guy but....not THAT cool yknow
