The family does not run the business and haven't since it's first sell off to CKX. They will run the trust which is were their 15% profits go.

I'm talking about the house which brings in thousands of money from tourist plus the many collectables that belonged to Elvis as for as his music. I meant taking care of the property of the house not the surrounding estate. To me the house is the best part of the estate and I'm glad it was never sold. Unless something is different that I don't know about the house brings in thousands every year plus Lisa Marie had millions at the time of her death.

Would you have stayed married to a man who cheated on you and who was a drug addict-just for a piece of property? She held on to Graceland for Lisa Marie and, despite his foibles, Priscilla did live Elvis. She just could not lbe married to him.

Truth here regarding Prescilla being able to be buried at 'Graceland' near the Presley family, isn't Prescilla's wish at all. Elvis took Prescilla's right's as a human being away from her long before she realised what was accually going on. She was 14 years old, still going to school, she along with lots of young underage teenager's, went to see Elvis leaving to go back to the states after his time in the army had come to an end. Like the 'Beatles', all these screaming Elvis Fan's saw him get on a plane, some would never see him again, they were Elvis Fan's. Prescilla happened to be one of them on this day. Prescilla by chance had a (step father) who was in the army alongside Elvis, they kinda met each other and formed an army buddy comradeship, type aquaintence, he happened to be invited to a get together at the house that was being leased by the Presley family outside the army base. Prescilla's parent's were invited to attend for a relaxed time at non other than the famous 'Elvis Presley's' home away from home residence. Somehow during this accasion, Elvis spoke to Prescilla, now realise, Prescilla is only 14 years of age, still a young girl, immature, child, trying to be an adult woman, Elvis saw much more in her than she realised. From this one occasion, Elvis was interested in her, he was about to be discharged from the army, he had done his time, he was heading home. Prescilla was a little star struck herself, this is Elvis Presley, the big Rock'n'Roll singer that they had all been hearing so much about. Prescilla had it over a lot of young teenage girls, she'd accually been invited to a party at Elvis's home, where he was living at the time, so she felt special. Now whatever went on between Elvis and Prescilla, was to last the rest of their live's, and it did, as we all are witnesses to. No matter how it played out for them, we saw it. The world saw it, Elvis did love this girl, (and he did), right to his very end. He kept his promise to her, to her parents, he did look after her, take good care of her, and stay true to his commitment to her. All he asked was, that he could marry her when she became of age, and consent, all above board and consenting between both parties. At first Prescilla was of the opinion that she was the only one, but as she came to be living at 'Graceland', she soon realised that she wasn't the only one! there were other's, many other's, one after another, while Prescilla saved herself just for Elvis. Elvis didn't save himself for Prescilla, (but that's OK !!! he's a male) males are allowed to have more than one woman !!?? This doesn't seem right to me, but back in this time, and still today, going right back to ancient time's, the human male species, does as he feels. (It still doesn't make it right)! I know there are a lot of women who think it is OK for their men to go out and about for a bit on the side. I think their reasoning behind this thinking, means it gives them as a women, the exact same rights, to go with whomever they want, when they feel like. This still doesn't make it right. Whatever the details and end result of the court ruling in favour of Lisa Marie's children, Prescilla is, and always will be their mother's Mum, and will always be their beloved grandmother. This is what knits this family together, their grandmother is a Presley by her marriage to the one and only Elvis Presley. They want their grandmother to be laid to rest, when that time comes, with their family. This is the truth! and will and should remain so. Lots of families breakup, get into other relationship's, other children cime into the fold, why should this family be any different. How many partner's did Lisa Marie have, married 3 times, Elvis married once, but had numerous partner's, Prescilla married once, but divorced once, but remained a Presley. Lisa Marie married 3 times, had 3 different names. Lisa had children with her first marriage, and 3rd marriage. So are these other children not step siblings to Riley and her twin sister's ?! So how do they fit into the family, they're still family of Lisa Marie. Think on that for a bit, it gets complicated the more you look at it. They're also to be included in Lisa's will.!!! NO BUT'S !!? Prescilla's son from her relationship, no matter how one looks at it, he is Lisa Marie's blood brother. (Forever, no matter what) He may not be a Presley, but his mother is, so when one looks at the full picture, it is impossible to look at one position with this family, it isn't as complicated as some of the comment's make it out to be, and what the underlying current and obvious position is here, Is this family love each other, and that is the most important fact with these guys. They need time to grieve, confront their demon's and internal dealing's, and stand by each other right through to the end. They need each other more now than ever before.

While It means nothing to me that Priscilla doesn't have say so of Graceland Priscilla truly loved Elvis. I don't blame her for divorcing Elvis. Elvis started cheating on Priscilla almost right after they got married. Elvis loved the ladies. Elvis regardless that he was married still wanted the other ladies. Elvis wasn't husband material. I liked Elvis's entertaining on stage as well. Priscilla didn't expect to have to share Elvis with thousands of other beautiful ladies. Priscilla is no hypocrite.

A trustee is different from owner. You can be a trustee and not own the estate. Harper and Finley own 2/3rds of Graceland, but they call Riley the sole owner. It's probably because the twins are minors, but it's not right. Lisa wouldn't like her twins being left out like this.

They do. The the property is held in trust, they are beneficiaries of said trust.

The twins aren't left out, as beneficiaries, when they come of age, they are garenteed their rightful shares of 15%, which doesn't sound like much, but it will see these girl's, (all 3 of them) through for the rest of their live's, they will inherit that much money coming into each of them, at a very high level of interest, by the time they are of an age to receive it. Each of them will never need to work a day ever, in their live's. If they keep a sense of priority in their live's, and not over spend, keep and live to a sensible budget, then there will be enough to go round for them all, and into the future, for their individual families, and so forth. If they get caught up in the trapping's, as their Mum did, with all the pressures etc, then their wealth won't last long, and all will be lost. In the end Elvis's Legacy, memories will be lost & sold off to make ends meet. None of it will matter any more, once it is all gone. No one knows what will eventuate.! 'Graceland' might get sold to the highest bidder, to a high flyer, who's only interest is to make more money, knock the building over to make way for high rise apartment building's, or a shopping centre, or a car park. These are the option's open for the future. If the Government decide to make it a sacred site, with all that is built there, then there is a chance of the whole area surviving into the future. Eventually land taxes and government fee's will swallow it all up, meaning that the 3 girls, being the sole beneficiarie's of the land and building's that are apon it, keep the business activities in tact, (now and forever) as long as all cost's are met and delivered, on into the future, then, all will remain as is, as long as tourist's keep coming, and staying at the resort, go on the Tour's, to Elvis's home, the funding is kept up, all thing's paid, all staff are paid, wages, maintenance on all of it is kept up, over time quite a lot of deterioration will take place, so all things will need to be replaced sooner than later, to keep a sense, normality at the home Elvis once lived in. Anyway, we will see what the girls will do with it.
