Project for your kid. Josh, was it? Study on CGI design, and 3d print of a mold for a fiberglass shell for the body. Print the reverse mold of plastic filament in sections. Assemble the plastic, and build a fiberglass, and wood structure to make it a strong mold. Quick, and dirty with no fiberglass finishing. Turn over, and finish the mold surface with wet sanded plaster to a smooth finish. Paint for a gloss finish. Apply release agent, and fiberglass to preferred thickness. Pop out a glassy smooth fiberglass shell with very little fiberglass grinding, filing, and sanding to do.
