You stated that Elvis blew off that guy that approached him in the crowd. If you watch closely, Elvis does shake his hand while guiding him away. Always a gentleman, forever The King.

I saw Elvis twice in Vegas both times from second row. He didn't kiss anyone during those shows. But at one show I was standing during one song and he blew me a kiss. I was also blessed to see 4 of his concerts in Texas in the 1970's. He was magic. I think it's because he truly loved people.

50 years ago tonight. Would have been a great time to release everything filmed. I think it's cool that even the guys wanted to shake his hand and he did. Had friends at a later 8/1970 concert with their daughter. He told them, put her on the table. They did and he picked her up and said, hey baby, what a beautiful little girl.

I've watched this video so many times I've lost count. It's just so cool! How many have you ever seen someone go into the audience with their fans and kiss them or even bend from the stage and kiss them? I loved when he finished the song onstage, someone wanted him to come back in the audience and he said Honey I wouldn't do that for love nor money! and laughed.

What GK said is exactly right. I'll tell you what, I've been an Elvis fan since the age of 7. That was 10 years after he passed away. There's obviously something special about him to be able to gain fans who weren't even around when he was. I saw him in It Happened at the World's Fair and that was it. I was so in love with him and after seeing Elvis and Me on tv I was hooked. And that was just an actor portraying him. Over the years I've been a loyal fan of his and the more I learn about not just his beautiful music but about the kind of man he was I love him even more. He was one of a kind. He looked different, he walked different, he sang different and he was a kind human being. What's not to love? 🙂👍👍

Just like it was yesterday. I grew up with Elvis being the most influential entertainer of the 20th Century. He was a great humanitarian who had the greatest influence on American culture. Elvis was a GREAT MAN.

Just came across this version, unedited on You Tube. It runs 9.26(!), and if you think it was "only" 30 women he kissed, think again! I gave up counting, but it must have been twice as many!! Search for "Elvis Love Me Tender from TTWII (problems with the microphone"). Simply amazing.

Got to see this film last week at the local movie theater. Me & a handful of other gray haired women social distancing with seating. Never saw Elvis in concert but grateful I finally saw him on a big screen. Impressive.

This was a fun video Trey! Lucky ladies right there. Elvis just had it, charisma, talent, looks, kindness. How could one not love him?! I was 17 when he passed and so sad that I never got to see him in person. But that is the way it goes. I did make it to Memphis in Oct. of 2019. I so wish I could be there now! Loved it and hope to make it back one day. Thanks for the fun video and telling us why you are an Elvis fan, keep working on getting those kisses! lol

My mother saw Elvis in the early 70’s when I was a small child. I guess she couldn’t find a sitter because she took me w/her. We knew the lady who sat next to us & my mother asked if she would watch me while Mom went to the stage. “Love Me Tender” was starting & Elvis kissed his fans during that song on tour, just as he did at the LV Hilton. My mother returned sobbing & had a scarf that Elvis had given her, one of the token ones he wore & gave to the screaming women. She was almost hysterical & I wondered if someone had hurt her but no, Mom had gotten a kiss on the cheek. She did not wash that cheek for weeks & covered it with a waterproof bandage whenever she took a shower. Decades later I still remember this so vividly. I will never forget the affect Elvis had on my mother!

I am just leaving the movie theater and I feel so moved. What a striking movie! It was surreal! Many years ago I watched Mozart Amadeus and it got me really deep. However, this Elvis movie was like the Amadeus one but increased to the third power. For many years I have dreamt to use the time machine just to see Elvis in 1954. Well, with this movie I was pretty close to being there in direct! This movie is a must for everybody!!!!

Elvis was young and gorgeous. A few yrs ago we saw Wayne Newton in Vegas. He could barely sing and was going around kissing women. He come over to me and was dripping with sweat, makeup running off his face. I feel he saw I wasn’t having any part of kissing him. I waved him off OMG I cannot believe I did that but he skipped over me. NOW if it was Elvis I absolutely would have kissed him sweating dripping or anything. Cute video with great narration and explanation.

Sounds like he was trying to copy Elvis.He also added the 2001 theam to his show after Elvis passed away. Only one person can have that theam before coming out on stage and that's Elvis presley.

Great vid trey. As a nurse lol I would not have kissed him cause of cold sore risk He contracted later on but it didn’t stop that loving. He was just careful later Of course he was generous human Greatest entertainer It bugged him when it acted up and he’d say. I got the crud You Could see it. Trey I wish you could find the girls that pulled him off the stage in Las Vegas. One girl put her arms around his neck and he lost his balance and fell forward to the audience. There’s a video of it when it happened.

Can you imagine Elvis mask kissing, you couldn't do that today. But at that time I would not care. It would be the best cold or whatever ,I ever has. Elvis was so sexy, that girl in the picture so lucky. I don't know why Elvis did that, but was fun to watch. I think he liked to tease the girls b up to showed appreciation, he must have thought,,Geez, I'm an old goat to and these girls still screaming for me,, with that mischievous vein. I know they put the girls in front on purpose,, but kissing part , and walking in audience spontaneous. Elvis’s great grandmother was Cherokee. His mother had Scottish, and 2 other nationalities in her. Her lineage is in one of the videos...and no doubt on Google.
