I love you guys. It's so wonderful to listen to you. You seem like family. I met Elvis in 1974 at the STL Airport. They announced he wouldn't sign autographs as they were running late. When the limousines pulled up, I was so stunned my girlfriend kept saying "there he is". I never in my life saw such a beautiful man - those blue eyes. He looked me right in the eyes and gave me a kiss. I still just stood there. You guys were so wonderful to Elvis. He loved his Mother so much.

Janis came out of the Monterey pop fest in 67. Witch was organized by the Mamas and Papas ....John McKenzie ? ....anyway I read John and his friends met Elvis (with his guys) while riding motor cycles in the desert near Palm Springs. Elvis didn't know who they were and perhaps thought they were a Hells angels type of hippie gang or something . John recognized Elvis right away and eagerly introduced himself . I Wonder if Billy was there ?

Joe Esposito said Elvis wanted to go make an appearance at the jerry lewis telethon and Joe told him no cause Joe thought Elvis was too drugged up to go down. He talked Elvis out of it. Does Billy and Jo know about it? So Elvis made a check out to the telethon and Frank Sinatra took it to Jerry and made the announcement on the show.

Danielle is so beautiful and reminds me so of her beautiful grandmother Jo.. however Danielle looks also alike one of Lisa's twins and y'all know which one I am talking about. So many times my husband and I and our little boy would wait at the Graceland gates to catch a glimpse of Elvis, but we never did. Now, what I remember was that there were always several white Lincoln Continental Mark lV’s parked out front. Can you comment on this?

I read Elvis didnt always go to funerals,weddings as he didnt want to draw attention to himself, cause crowds to" overshadow" the persons occasion. I've been reading Gene Smiths book"Elvis Man Friday". So interesting the early days on the road & on movie sets...I know Gene & brother Carroll Junior was older than Billy but did he get along with them, in the photos in the book you can see a real likeness as boys fair haired Gene(@ 7yrs) & similar looks as Billy(cousins). Even Elvis had fair hair as a boy you see likeness in him & Gene( they 7 week's apart in age) in some pics. Elvis's Mother Gladys parents Robert & Octavia(Doll) Smith were very good looking people when young you can see Elvis got his looks from them. Especially Robert Smith..Elvis had a good mix from both Presley & Smith side. You can see his Father Vernon at times in his expressions & mannerisms. It would be so wonderful if Riley Keogh & Lisa's young twin girls met up with you guys as you were both so close to their Grandfather. Important they meet true kinfolk! The twins already have strong Presley gene, you can see real likeness of Elvis across eyes...I heard Riley called her little baby girl "Tupelo" after Elvis birthplace, not sure if true! but nice!
