16:05 There is no such thing as refusing permission to be filmed. If there was, then people could make requests to not be recorded by CCTV and BWV. Just because they are regulated by the ICO and various laws which means that you can have the images deleted on request doesn't stop the recording in the first place. So they can't stop the filming but they can do something when the video is published, but only if they suffer harm or loss because of the way it was published. If it's never published then it's your private property and they can't do anything about it. When people state they are getting confused about the main stream media blurring out people's faces and thinking they can make the same demands. MSM do it because they have millions in their bank accounts and it's worthwhile suing them for the most minor of issues. So the MSM cover their arses and blur as a form of insurance. A member of the public does not have millions in their bank account so the chance of suing and winning lots of compensation is zilch.

Have you notised when you go into a bank there is no privacy I was in the bank for one hour at the counter waiting for them to sort something out.. I knew how much people were drawing out of their accounts and walking out the door with...I knew when people were going on holiday because there was talking to the cashier... Same thing with the job centre you can hear everything that people are saying about their private lives...

15:45 I can't quite remember which case it was, but Blackbelt Barrister mentioned it, where it was defined that a public place can include a shop. Even behind the counter. So a jobcentre is the equivalent to a shop. And behind the desks still counts. It's only in the shop's store room and offices that it's no longer a public place. In the jobcentre that would be in offices behind closed doors.

14:29 Filming children in the background of the video as you move around is not against the law, nor it is immoral or unethical or against any social norms. If it was then, families at fair grounds and fun fairs wouldn't be able to take any pictures on the off chance that another family's children were in shot. And why do people go straight for the "think of the children" line because someone is using such a dangerous weapon as a camera. Is their thinking equivalent to saying that all men are rapists and therefore all photographers are pedos? I would counter statements about not filming children with "Why? Is it wrong?" and when they answer "yes" then ask them how they know that the viewers of the video will be sexually excited by fully clothed children.

I went to Lincoln jobcentre last week to enquire about getting back into the job market,they practically told me to fook off,no help or advice at all unless you are on benefits( which I am not) ,place was full of security guards,pathetic,no use at all,like the saying goes if you want a job avoid the jobcentre.
