Where are the companies to send? Do we just guess companies to send? Sorry, new at this and help is appreciated

She explains how she choose the companies she did at the start of the video. You can email the companies she has had success getting a response or try your luck with any company with products you like. Go to the the main website of each company and send them an email via their "contact us" section. Follow the basic formula of letting the company know how much you like their products or why you want to try something or share it with others. Share a personal story about the product or brand if you have one. Then ask for coupons, samples or sticker if they have them available.

She also lists all the companies that sent her stuff. No guessing. Just go to their website. Gotta watch the video!
