Carnival sure missed out when building the Vista and Excel classes they enclosed the attriums and no glass elevators so when you first board you dont get that WOW this ship is huge factor when looking up. Also they feel like a hotel rather than being on a ship because the outdoor decks feel so enclosed with all the glass.

100% agree. We’d prefer the glass elevators over that electronic wine glass thing.

Sorry I've been MIA, I've been really sick since the end of November and haven't been on the computer. I did manage to go on our 20-day Enchanted Princess cruise at the end of January although I wasn't able to get off the ship in any port. Oh well, at least it's a beautiful ship, lol. I'm now trying to catch up on all the vlogs I missed. Looks like a fun way to spend Christmas Eve! I can't believe how little storage space you had! My sister went with us on Enchanted Princess; she had an inside cabin with an incredible amount of storage, I think she had even more than we did in our balcony stateroom.

Wow, for the expense of the Spa room they certainly give you much room! I stayed in an interior rom on the 4th floor & had a huge closet. I didn't like the Panorama! I felt it was way too large & crowded. I much prefer the smaller ship! I really didn't like the elevators. Plus as big as the Panorama is all the guest event areas are very small!! Am heading out on aback to back on the Miracle in February. Can't wait!

Havana cabins are great, with the exception on the interior next to the bar. They go until 1:30 with a band. And I like that elevator logic much more than other large ships.

Some cruise lines keep Christmas really low key - but Carnival does go all out.

but that little storage area that was under your tv was placed next to the mirror area. the shelves were all the way up towards the ceiling. so i think that makes more sense than being right below the tv

Oh my goodness, you really made me laugh a lot this time. That theater bar was hysterical as was your Christmas hat. The sun shining on your head that made you look bald. All very funny 😆. Jill, what a cute dress you had on, but you always dress beautifully for dinner. I can’t believe that tiny cabin. I also bring lots of dresses. My husband always brings his stuff on hangers so the ones in the cabin are mostly just for me ❤. Last cruise we stayed in an outside cabin for the first time. We separated the beds which made getting in and out easy. Ours had a couch and lots more closet space. Love Royal Caribbean because we’re never disappointed. Love your videos 😊

We didn't care for the new elevators either... beautiful sail away sunset. The ducks are so much fun! Do you guys hide or keep them? How fun they gave you hats!

We hid a few ducks this past summer on a Princess cruise, but that's the only time. We had so much luck with Pacific sunsets on this cruise.

@@CruisingCanucks We're cruising in June around the Mediterranean, I think we're going to invest in some ducks and join in the fun. On our last crews we found one seconds after the people put it down, they seemed a little disappointed it was found so fast... but it's so exciting to find them and see other people find them so we're going to keep it going.😁😁

We don’t really drink, but I’m honestly a bit nervous to tell you that I have a large bottle of Crown sitting next to my stove that I use for cooking. Like Steak Diane, and such… Hope you don’t ban me from your channel…

How is that a spa cabin??!! Aren't you paying extra for a spa cabin???

The spa cabins with slightly improved furnishings and bathroom amenities. The biggest perk is that it allows access to the thermal spa suite that is usually an upcharge for other passengers not in this cabin type. It's slightly more than a normal interior.

Wow, that room was... *awful*. No power at bedside = "scr*w you" CPAP/BiPAP users, bed-shaker users (Deaf folx), phone users, etc). Stringing a bunch of extension cords to trip over for NEEDED medical equipment... is horrifying. No drawers for office & vanity storage? What? Only OPEN SHELF storage for the entire cabin? A gross, yellowed, old, *TINY* shower with a curtain? How old is that shower? The elevators are astonishingly bad... slow, crowded, completely inaccessible for disabled folx. And where's the Braille? That's BASIC. But oh, goody gumdrops, the floor mat changed. Priorities. 🙄🤮 Some of us CANNOT use stairs. That singer's voice was beautiful, she deserves better sound equipment. Thanks for showing the reality of that ship. If a cruise line REFUSES to provide for BASIC NEEDS, *for ALL people*, we will not trust them with our money, or our safety.
