Tonight, I shared a fun technique using stencils as embossing folders! It's so easy to create beautiful textured designs with your stencils by using them like they were embossing folders. I show you what they look like when inking on both the front and the back AND how to create a vintage look using this beautiful combination of Kraft, Warm Cocoa and Sea Glass ink.
We won't have any more videos this week as we are taking a little break to catch up on our holiday checklist and to spend some time with our girls. We want to wish all of you a Happy Hanukkah and a very Merry Christmas! We appreciate you all so very much!
Stencils used:
Stellar Snowflake
Harvest Flourish
Flower Garden
Ink Colors for card:
Kraft
Warm Cocoa
Sea Glass
Sentiment from the Holiday Sentiment Sheets
Die from Sentiment Strips Dies
Embellishments- Metallic Pearls
Tonight's card winner:
Alicia Singleton- Vintage Snowflake Card
Congrats to our winner! Please send your name, address and prize you won to info@ginakdesigns.com and I will get that right out to you! And thanks to everyone who made such nice comments in the chat!

Dawg gone that’s purty, Miss Gina. They look good together too. I’m glad you did that one over again. What a difference. I liked the carved wood look better too! You go girl. I enjoy Toms music in the background. He’s such a nice guy. Y’all are a cute couple.

I have been 99.9% bedbound for 20 years, when I got to 40😩 As my energy cells produce hardly any energy I have hardly been able to craft for 20 years 😢😢😢 The last card I made was over 5 years ago, and I keep hoping a day will come when I can do 'anything' again. So it's lovely to watch you craft as it is therapeutic for me. Thank you for sharing your time and expertise with us. You are very talented ❤xxx

I missed the live but really enjoy your videos. I have learned a lot. I have a trick you might find useful. I do paper mosaics with tiny pieces of paper. We found if we put the small pieces of paper on copy paper, we could flip them to the right side by just flicking the copy paper. It flips the pieces over. For your gems, rhinestones and bling, it works the same way. Pour some gems on the copy paper. If the majority are upside down, flick or shake the paper. It flips them. It works well for me and it is easy to pour everything back into the container.

I like the flower garden and the stellar snowflake on their recessed side best. And that patinaed wood-look side was awesome. I have done the wood plank look on a card for my grandson who is a carpenter. Turned out very well. The piece you made the mistake on is awesome. It looks like a wood burner got in there and was creating. But the wood carved look side is also awesome. And you may go through a lot of paper to craft but... Everyone needs to remember that It is a renewable resource and can be recycled in the end. Happy Holidays to you and your family.

Oh Gina, what a great video! Really lifted my spirits and they needed lifting as I've been laid up with a not better than horrible flu!!! First off, that poem by Sonya??? WOW! And so on point. What a gift to be treasured. Then, absolutely amazing techniques. Further, a stunning finished card. And, finally, a humongous chuckle because only Gina K can describe an absolutely beautiful creation as "burnt toast" and get away with it!!! Thank you Gina, for all you do and taking the time to share your talent. I wish you, Tom, Alicia, Rina, and all the Gina K Designs team a Very Merry Christmas and a 2023 that beats all your years yet!! 🥰
