Thank you for speaking about fasting with a history of binge eating, hearing u say it so easily gave me peace and took away guilt as i have been trying to fast but keep ending up triggering my eating disorders but blamed it on lack of discipline. Really loved this vlog🤍🕊

Of course! I was even getting a little triggered from Kyle fasting food, so he changed to an intermittent fast. God healed so much of my relationship with food miraculously, literally felt like one night he rewired my brain. But some things are still sensitive.

You may not see this because it's days later, but you could laminate the habit tracker and use a dry erase marker so that you won't have to worry about reprinting a new one weekly, and it'll save paper/ink :)

I took a 3 month long fast from my smartphone, and used a flip phone instead. It really helped me with some habitual sins I was doing and with comparison and jealousy of others. I got a smartphone a week ago and I am so glad I did the “reset”, it helped so much.

I really enjoyed the carefree-ness of this vlog. There were many film-esque moments that were so beautiful ❤ They’re gems that you now have to look back on ✨ As usual, your humor made me laugh what with your editing style and leaving in those bits of your hair curling flubs 😆 I’m so happy to see you really coming into your own as a mom. From the incredibly difficult journey you’ve had to where you are now, it brings me joy and hope for the future. The end though too; I loved the coziness of the late-night editing room with Kyle asleep in the background. I have been there myself with my husband. It’s the best feeling to have their support and for it to show up in that way. Can’t wait for the next vlog

He is adorable! Love his shark onesie! If you put him on his tummy he’ll sleep better w/o the sleep sack. Esp during the day when you can keep an eye on him.

He hasn’t slept on his tummy since he was a newborn on our chest. Whenever he’s on his tummy he just lifts his head, I don’t think he knows how to get comfy 😅

What being on their tummy does besides push out the gas is it strengthens their core so they can roll over they can hold their head up They can sit up (without the tummy time pillow.) you want to put them on a flat ground where he’s using his arms and his core to get strong for sitting/walking. He’ll figure everything out;) 🥰

It’s the Ollie swaddle 😊 the Velcro is extra strong once they’re a little bigger. I started with the halo sleep sacks until he could wiggle out of them too easily.
